Terms and Conditions
1.0 DOWN PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE BUT transferable to other person with the same reserved date/s only.
2.0 RE-SCHEDULING OF RESERVATION is allowed BUT you have to notify us 10 days prior the departure date, otherwise, Re-scheduling fee of P200/head will be applied.
2.1 RE-SCHEDULING IS NOT ALLOWED within 6 days prior to departure date.
3.0 FULLY PAID SLOT WILL BE FORFEITED for no show participants. BUT transferable to other person with the same reserved travel dates.
4.0 BOOKING CANCELLATION made within 3 days prior departure OR NO SHOW PARTICIPANT/S ( Whatever your reasons may be) MUST STILL BE SETTLED IN FULL PAYMENT AMOUNT.
Reasons:
Everything is already settled once you book with us including the reservation of the Accommodation, Meals (if included) & the Land and Sea Transportation to be used on the tour.
4.1 LEAD CONTACT IS RESPONSIBLE to settle the payment of the no show participant/s.
5.0 (NORTH TOUR ONYL)PUBLISHED RATES ARE BASED IN ROOM SHARING. 6-8 persons per room. ( It depends on the availability of the rooms ). You can avail Private room with additional cost.
6.0 WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE TOUR due to inclement weather, acts of GOD and other unforeseen circumstances for the safety of all our clients.
6.1 OPTIONS:
• Divert to any other available destination
• Re-schedule
• Travel fund with no expiration.
7.0 (NORTH tour&Cebu Tour) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE TOUR if the numbers of joiners ( min of 10 persons ) to run the tour did not meet.
7.1 OPTIONS: ( NORTH tour only )
• We will Collab/Transfer you with our affiliates with no additional cost to prevent cancellation with the same destination.
• Reschedule
• Divert to any other available destination
• Full refund of reservation fee.
8.0 ONCE YOU MADE A RESERVATION IT MEANS YOU READ AND AGREED TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
